Right now Actual Cash is not displaying the interface to their hosting. Why, I am not sure. But I am still able to update my blogs through FTP and have not had any problems. They may be doing away with the hosting, but that would not make sense to me since they still advertise Free Hosting on their index page.
The gay blogs I have at Actual Cash currently sport the default template. I will stay with that template but have plans on adding a background and editing the CSS file to make the site more compact.
