Actual Cash has its own hosting company Actual Host.
Something I really liked about Actual Host was the Terms and Conditions/Service Agreement and the FAQ. Both short and sweet and plainly written.
Terms and Conditions/Service Agreement:
You can ONLY promote ActualCash.com websites. No exceptions! NO dialers, email opt-in boxes, consoles, etc. to other programs are allowed either.
Your site must be in English or French, no other languages allowed!
No galleries traffic redirect! ActualHost accounts found cheating TGP’s will be terminated without payment.
No images that are not licensed by you, or that are not given out as promotional material by ActualCash.com.
No hotlinking!
NO SPAM! Your account will be deleted if you send traffic to our servers from spam - this includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited email, newsgroup postings, and instant messaging promoting our sites or sites containing our promotional materials.
No underage content - images of persons under the age of 18, or text/keywords/advertisements implying underage or illegal content!
No bestiality, rape, hate, password trading or warez sites.
You must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your local juristiction. It must be legal for you to view/own adult content in your local community, state, or country.

Can I post to TGP/MGP sites?
Yes.
Can I use php or cgi scripts?
Yes.
Can you provide me with free traffic trading script for my TGP/CJ site?
Yes.
Do you have Front-Page extensions?
No.
Do you provide shell access?
Due to security reasons we can not provide shell/telnet/ssh access, sorry.

I am unable to delete cgi/php script related files… If you have any files or folders that were created by a cgi/php script running on your account, you will be unable to modify or delete these files because they were created by the user ‘nobody’ (the webservers itself). To get these files deleted you need to delete them with script or just email us with filenames you need to delete (please include your login/password for confirmation).
